Small Time Waterpark-ing

Ryan has a whopping 3 days off between his time at CQG and his start date at S&P (which is Monday...so crazy!). So we decided to take a break from the city and head to the lovely lands of Lake Geneva. There's a small waterpark / family friendly hotel near by. Turns out it's like a ghost town at the end of October so we pretty much have the whole place to ourselves. And the hotel is wonderful enough to take $125 off our bill. Not sure why, that's just the welcome we received. It was nice. Though don't expect the restaurants to open before 10...or close after 2pm. Strange.

Out of the whole waterpark, Gabe's mainly played in the same 10 foot space where the water doesn't go much more than a foot deep. He's having a blast, thinking he's all adventurous 'jumping' into the water and throwing a ball around.  It's just cute.
Ryan trying to talk Gabe into going down the slide. He was a little leery until daddy went down with him
Yes, the bottom of his water shoes are pink. This place is slippery and it seems there are fiery few places that sell water shoes in October. Ryan insisted we sharpie as much visible pink as possible
We also found a toy store in town and Ryan finally got Gabe his first train. Pretty sure he's wanted to get a train set since the Doctor said the word 'boy'
