We spent Christmas in Denver with the Moroney side of the family. It was Gabriel's first Christmas and he enjoyed it in beautiful 50 degree weather. Now that we have a child, flying isn't as relaxing as it used to be... But don't worry; we did all the work and Gabriel just relaxed and took it all in
One of the things we learned pretty quickly; Denver is still Bronco Country and everyone LOVES Peyton Manning there. Gabriel even hopped on the bandwagon:
Noni and Pop had some cool toys ready when we arrived. Especially the truck that shot balls into the air!
And he got to watch the fishies with Pop at Cabellas! He hopes some day Pop will teach him how to catch the fish
Christmas Morning was full of family and gifts at Auntie and Uncle Jim's house. No, these were not all for Gabriel, but his eyes sure lite up when he saw everything.
But he did get his share of gifts including his first iPad from the Johnsons
His first flannel shirt from Auntie and Uncle Jim
And a farm tractor from Noni and Pop
He even got a mustache so he could be like his Pop and Uncle Chris!
Most importantly though, we got to spend Christmas with family
Oh, and Go Bears!
