Pretty sure this has been the warmest day in Chicago in nine months. Seriously. It's the first time I've taken Gabe out without a hat or coat this season and he LOVED it. I've been all excited for the great outdoors...but today was a bit of a wake up call. Gabe's so close to walking, but that doesn't mean he's ready for the climbing and slides the big kids play on. We stuck to the swings and two steps (that he kept trying to climb down was first).
And of course, Gabe walked the stroller most of the way home! He was pretty pooped when we got home. Ahhh, sunny days, sunny days. Please stick around.
Oh, and we did get to use the bike THREE times this week! It's so good to be out and active. Turns out Gabe loves the ride, he spends the whole time 'ahhhh, ahhhh'ing cause he likes how his voice sounds when we go over bumps and he whines whenever we're at a stop light. Funny kid.
